Temperature of only 7.8°C at the source

The low 7.8°C temperature at the source is a characteristic of deep spring water, which rises and is filtered naturally by the white granite of the Sila Mountains.

Low fixed residue

Fontenoce water is light, with main characteristics that include a low FIXED RESIDUE of 105 mg/l), low in SODIUM (6.1 mg/l) and low in NITRATES (2.0 mg/l).

Utmost purity

The water, microbiologically pure at the source , is bottled in modern facilities without undergoing any treatment, nor being subject to the addition of any preservatives.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING EVERY 60 MINUTES

The QUALITY CONTROL microbiology laboratory, directed by a company biologist and by two laboratory technicians, ensure regular testing of the water:
AT THE SOURCE (daily)
WITHIN THE PRODUCTION FACILITIES (daily)
OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT (every 60 minutes)
to ensure that the purity of the water remains unchanged.
