FONTENOCE water labels illustrate the main chemical and physical characteristics of the product, together with the elements contained in 1 litre of water, with one of the key attributes being the total absence of arsenic.
Chemical and physical characteristics depend on the type of rock over which the water flows and from which it springs. FONTENOCE water, bottled at an altitude of 1,238 m above sea level, within the Sila National Park, flows naturally over white granite and is enriched with minerals and trace elements which make it one of “the best mineral waters in Italy”, particularly due to the total absence of arsenic. It is also recommended by the Ministry of Health as a product suited for consumption by infants and children (Ministry of Health Decree no. 4123 of 16/12/2013)*.

The Department of Hygiene and Public Health at the University of Messina periodically analyses FONTENOCE® water and sends the results to the Ministry of Health, which monitors these to ensure there are no grounds for withdrawal of the related certifications.
