All FONTENOCE environments are subject to close hygienic monitoring. Operators oversee the bottling process without ever coming in contact with the water, which is bottled in a protected environment with micro-filtered air.

The QUALITY CONTROL microbiology laboratory, directed by a company biologist and by two laboratory technicians, ensure regular testing of the water:

  • AT THE SOURCE (daily)
  • OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT (every 60 minutes)

to ensure that the purity of the water remains unchanged. The entire process is carried out in accordance with the principles a hygienic self-control system (HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and in compliance with the “hygiene package” (EU food hygiene legislation).



For each production lot (indicated on the cap) the “BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SPRING WATER” verification certificate can be requested.
